This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through v-trendyfashion.shop.

Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights available to consumers under German or European Union consumer protection law.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After informing us that you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, goods should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, where required by applicable law.

Contacting us for instructions does not remove or restrict your statutory right to exercise withdrawal by sending a timely, clear withdrawal statement.

Returned products should be securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

3. Condition of Returned Products

You may examine products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a manner comparable to what would normally be permitted in a physical shop.

You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Where a customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal because they have simply changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights.

For defective goods covered by statutory rights, consumers must not improperly be charged return costs that the seller is legally required to bear.

5. Refunds Following Withdrawal

When a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, we will refund payments that must legally be reimbursed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

We may be legally entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.

You will not be charged a refund fee merely because you exercised a valid statutory withdrawal right.

Because standard shipping at v-trendyfashion.shop is free, there is normally no standard outbound shipping charge to reimburse.

6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

• a defective product;
• an item damaged during transportation;
• the wrong product;
• an incorrect quantity; or
• a product that materially differs from what was ordered.

Providing photographs or other information may help us investigate the issue more efficiently, but reasonable administrative requests do not limit statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or refund.

Statutory rights concerning defective goods are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.

For ordinary goods, German law generally provides a two-year limitation period for statutory defect claims starting from delivery.

7. Statutory Exceptions to Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of contracts specifically excluded by law.

8. Sale and Promotional Products

A reduced price, sale, promotional discount, or coupon does not by itself remove statutory consumer rights.

Eligible sale products remain subject to the statutory withdrawal and defect rules applicable under German and EU law.

9. Exchanges

If you wish to obtain a different size, variation, or product, contact info@v-trendyfashion.shop.

Where a direct exchange cannot be provided, you may be asked to return the original qualifying product and place a new order.

Nothing in an exchange procedure limits statutory rights.

10. Lost Returns

Customers should retain proof of shipment when returning products.

We recommend using an appropriately trackable shipping method, particularly for higher-value returns.

Responsibility for loss or damage during return transportation will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the return.

11. Refund Processing

After a refund has been issued, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.

We are not responsible for processing periods controlled solely by payment institutions after a refund has been successfully submitted.
